Vineyards on clayey and limestone soil, shallow in the lower Najerilla Valley, between Uruñuela, Cenicero and Huércanos.
WINEMAKING
Harvest: Manual.
Winemaking: Manual selection on table and fermentation of concrete tanks.
Cellaring: 12 months in French and American oak barrels. 6 months minimum in bottle.
TASTING SHEET
Cherry red with ruby tones, medium woods brings notes layer.
The combination of woods brings notes of tobacco and red fruits.
Round, silky, without predominance of wood. A wine with easy passage in the mouth that invites you to take the second glass.
