A beetle scuttles amongst still pebbles strewn across the vineyard. The creature is both life’s greatest ally and its worst enemy. Time almighty gazes on. Yet the beetle knows its own might. Its body armour – its clypeus – shields it from the elements.
Clípeo are handcrafted organic wines. No added or commercial yeasts. Berries selected by hand with meticulous care.

The bird’s flight overhead is ephemeral. Its careful eye over its vineyard territory keeps audacious would-be encroachers in check. The Alcaudón is an alluring, relentless guardian.
